By visiting our site and/or purchasing from Show N Tell, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this site, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.


You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without written permission from Show N Tell Customs.

2. PRODUCTS & ORDER TYPE

Show N Tell Customs specializes in made-to-order and personalized merchandise, along with select ready-to-purchase items.

Because many items are created specifically for the customer:

  • Orders begin processing immediately after checkout
  • All sales are considered final

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY (VERY IMPORTANT)

By placing an order, you acknowledge responsibility for:

  • Uploaded images, spelling, names, dates, and selections
  • Image clarity and quality
  • Correct sizing and product choice

🚫 We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

4. PROOFS & APPROVALS

Unless explicitly stated:

  • Orders are completed as submitted
  • No proofs or previews are provided
  • Checkout submission serves as final approval

5. TURNAROUND TIME

Processing times are listed on individual product pages.

  • Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees
  • Rush service (if offered) is subject to availability
  • Delays caused by incorrect submissions or low-quality images are not our responsibility

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are in USD
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Payment must be received in full before order processing

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

 

 

 

7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

🚫 No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted due to the customized nature of our products.

✅ Exceptions apply only if:

  • The item is defective, or
  • An error occurred on our behalf

📸 Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Show N Tell is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content, designs, and graphics are the property of Show N Tell.

Customer-submitted content remains yours, but you grant Show N Tell permission to use it for order fulfillment and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Show N Tell is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the laws of the state in which Show N Tell operates.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS
Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
