  • This timeframe begins after payment is received AND all order details are approved

Processing time may be extended if:

  • Required information (photos, names, design details) is missing
  • Customer approval is delayed
  • Unforeseen production or supply setbacks occur

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Show N Tell is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

We will assist with carrier claims when applicable.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The original packaging
