All Sales Are Final – Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Refunds & Replacements – Defects or Errors on Our Behalf
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The item received is incorrect due to our error
If your order qualifies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Approved claims will be resolved through:
- A replacement of the item, or
- A refund, at our discretion
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Customer-submitted design errors
- Misspellings or incorrect information provided at checkout
- Low-quality or blurry images uploaded by the customer
- Color variations due to screen or monitor differences
- Change of mind after purchase
- Orders placed incorrectly
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping information

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as production begins shortly after purchase.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Delays caused by the carrier
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
